Audiovisual solution for Beseda theater

In 2020, we were given the task of designing the audiovisual part for the reconstructed Beseda theater in Holíč. The Beseda Theater, which belongs to the Švrčk family, is a cultural monument that was threatened with extinction. However, they decided to renovate it and we are very happy to have had a hand in the work. In order to make the most of this theater, in addition to the sound system, we also designed projection for various conferences. We therefore designed and installed a modern sound system for the theater premises, which will enable not only performances, but also the organization of various lectures and trainings. In addition to fixed sound systems, we have also prepared portable sound systems including complete accessories for individual needs.

The sound system was divided into two parts, the conference sound system used for screening and then the professional sound system for theater and other performances.

As part of the projection installation, we used:

• ELITE Screens 180" electric hanging screen
• ACER UL650 UST Laser projector

We used two projectors. The first projector is intended for a hanging screen, on which lectures are projected, etc.. The second projector shines on the back wall of the theater, which can thus be used, for example, in theater performances as a substitute for backdrops.
