Warranty service

Have you purchased a product in our e-shop or showroom and encountered a problem while using it? It is not necessary to immediately send the product for a claim. In the event that a product purchased in our e-shop or showroom has a technical defect that could not be removed even by online diagnostics, deliver the product to us personally or by a shipping company to the address:

At the same time, we will ask you to fill in the complaint form so that we have basic information about the defect.

Aftersales service

We also provide post-warranty service for products purchased in our e-shop or showroom after the legal warranty period of 2 years has expired.
