Production

The audio industry is subject to trends just like other industries. A strong era that lasted about 10 years was the Hi-Fi era. We produced high-quality Hi-Fi speakers and won awards with them at exhibitions such as Autosalón, CONECO and Elosys. Auto hifi speakers experienced a particularly big boom, and our range also expanded to include active subwoofers.

We currently have more than 100 of our own audio and accessory products in our portfolio, which we develop, test and deliver all over the EU. At the top of our production is the VIVIS digital radio, which we are constantly improving and adding new functions. Thanks to this, VIVIS is widely used, whether in cities and towns, schools or companies. The possibility of live or automatic reporting, playback of warning signals in case of imminent danger, fast repetition, saving and editing of reports, advanced sound editing with the possibility of broadcasting to several zones, GSM module for reporting from a mobile phone, etc.

Among our products you will find Hi-Fi, professional, installation and other speakers and loudspeaker systems for sounding interiors and exteriors; amplifiers, which with their properties provide a more dynamic and detailed sound; microphones that ensure high-quality sound transmission at sports venues, cultural events or churches; modern multiroom systems, thanks to which you can independently sound multiple rooms at the same time; 100V loudspeakers and 100V control panels; but also LED street light, crossing rails, packaging for loudspeakers or car accessories.

For do-it-yourselfers, we also produce professional and Hi-Fi 2-band and 3-band crossovers from high-quality copper coils that we wind ourselves. We then test the avoiders in order to tune them for the best possible distribution of the signal into frequency bands for individual loudspeakers in the loudspeaker system.

In our offer you will also find gooseneck microphones, which we manufacture especially for transport companies. These dynamic microphones with cardioid characteristics contain a button that switches the radio station for communication between the driver of the vehicle and the dispatcher. The microphones are terminated with a flange or thread, according to the specification for a specific bus model.

Development

Part of the development of our products is testing, which is based on the use of a modern, computer-controlled measuring system in an acoustically modified measuring room. This is how we can fine-tune our products down to the smallest detail in order to satisfy even the most demanding customers.

Before that, however, it is necessary to design and manufacture a prototype. To design our products, we use specialized software and especially our many years of experience and knowledge in the field of audio technology. For more than 30 years of existence, we already know what works and what doesn't, what customers are interested in and most often looking for, or what problems they solve. All this helps us in the design of new BS Acoustic products.

After designing and manufacturing the prototype, it is tested in our test studio, where we debug all acoustic deviations and errors that could reduce the resulting sound quality. This is done with specialized measuring technology and computer software specific to it. When we reach a level with which we are satisfied, based on the data obtained, we begin mass production of the product and its inclusion in sales.

Long story short

The company BS ACOUSTIC was founded in 1993 by Stanislav Baláž, who decided to take advantage of the many years of experience gained at Tesla Valašské Meziříčí. The original intention - service and production of professional and Hi-Fi loudspeakers - over time also expanded to lighting and multimedia technology. In addition, we have expanded our range of services to sound and lighting installations. In 2005, we created a new showroom for customers in Radošovce, and a year later we also opened an office in Brno, to which a showroom was added in 2022. In 2005, our first e-shop was also created, which covered the demand for electronic sales.

Today, we offer professional sound system services for schools, towns, municipalities and companies with our own VIVIS sound system, which we developed at BS ACOUSTIC. We provide sound for shopping centers, cafes, hotels, stadiums and churches. We cooperate with installation companies and, as a supplier, we serve a network of partners, among which are renowned e-shops and business chains operating throughout the EU. We should also not forget the high-quality service of sound equipment that we offer to our clients.
