Complaint form

  1. To apply for a claim, fill in the Claim Form and prepare a copy of the proof of purchase.
  2. Carefully pack the goods for which you wish to make a claim and send them to our address, which is listed below.
  3. Attach the completed Complaint Form and a copy of the proof of purchase to us with the claimed goods or send it to servis@bsacoustic.sk. Please provide a thorough description of the defect, which will greatly contribute to shortening the length of the complaint procedure.
  4. Unfortunately, without the delivery of these documents, we cannot identify the goods and the claim will not be accepted.
  5. Your claim will be processed within 30 days of physical receipt of the claimed goods at the latest.
