This was the year 2024 at BS ACOUSTIC

In 2024, our brand continued to profile itself as one of the leaders of the Slovak market in the field of professional audio technology. This year, we once again focused on technological innovations and their implementation into the product portfolio, and we also participated in several trade fairs, thanks to which we gained new inspiration. In addition, we gave an interview to Hospodárske noviny and had to deal with flooded company premises during the September floods. The highlight of the year for us was the Open Day, where we welcomed our business partners.

BS ACOUSTIC Open Day

On Friday, June 28, 2024, we successfully celebrated the 30th anniversary of BS ACOUSTIC. The event was accompanied by pleasant meetings with our business partners, underlined by beautiful sunny weather. We divided the OPEN DAY program into several parts. In the beginning, we focused on a cross-section of the entire 30 years of the company, followed by a section devoted to the current form of the company, its employees and services, we continued by introducing the brands with which we cooperate and finally we focused on our TOP products and bestsellers. We conveyed all this practical information to the participants of the event in the form of presentations and videos. Exhibitions in 2024

ISE Barcelona

February brought us to the international exhibition Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) in sunny Barcelona. This prestigious trade fair is one of the world's largest platforms for audiovisual technology. We visited the stands of our business partners such as Fonestar or Lotronic, which covers the brands AFX Light, Ibiza Light&Sound, BST, C.Perkins, Madison and LTC Audio.

ZMOS Incheba

With the arrival of summer, we participated in the traditional fair of the Association of Towns and Municipalities of Slovakia in Incheba, Bratislava, where we focused on presenting audio and video solutions for local governments. Our products such as digital radio VIVIS, professional conference and voting systems or portable sound systems will find application at the city and municipal level.

Audio Video Kino Bratislava

In September, we attended the prestigious Audio Video Kino Bratislava exhibition, which rightfully ranks among the best that we can see in Slovakia from the world of audio, video, hi-fi, hi-end technology and home entertainment. That is why we decided to visit Bratislava this year. The exhibition was dominated by brands such as BIS Audio, Dream Audio and Platan Audio, but all participants presented quality and modern design. Interview for Hospodárske noviny

At the beginning of March, we received an invitation to give an interview for Hospodárske noviny, specifically for the column How is it really? It is published as a Friday supplement of the newspaper in printed form. We were very happy to accept this invitation and, consisting of the managing director / father Stanislav Baláž and the marketing manager / daughter Michaela Balážová, we spent a pleasant day at the Mafra Slovakia publishing house. 

Floods in September

Unfortunately, life also brings such situations. In September, Slovakia was hit by heavy rains lasting several days continuously, and Záhoria was not spared either. Company premises were under water, so we had to save what we could with the help of volunteer firefighters. Our big thanks go to them! We have been intensively dealing with the consequences of the flood for the whole week.

Nicholas at BS ACOUSTIC

December is filled with a festive spirit with Christmas approaching, and this year was no different. The traditional St. Nicholas punch and outfits made our regular working day more enjoyable. We got in the mood for the Christmas company party, which is still waiting for us on Friday, December 20. After that, we will devote ourselves to our families, but don't worry.
